The world goes through the first deep steps of transforming patterns of competition, production, consumption and lifestyle. This transition creates opportunities for cost reduction, changes in work processes and the profile of labor qualification, restructuring of relationships along productive chains, introduction of new products and markets. The challenge faced by the productive sector is to learn more and more about the forces that will shape the future in order to adopt expansion strategies that are coherent with the transformations.

In this sense, innovation must be an agenda for the country's development. In order to contribute to the fulfillment of this mission, the National Confederation of Industry - Brazil (CNI) and the Brazilian Service of Support to Micro and Small Enterprises (Sebrae) hold the Brazilian Industry Innovation Summit every two years. The event brings together representatives from the productive sector, government, academia and strategic partners of the Brazilian and international innovation ecosystem to the largest and most consistent debate on innovation in Latin America.

The Brazilian Industry Innovation Summit aims to:

- Promote the culture of business innovation;

- Discuss the opportunities for Brazil in the face of the technologies of the industry of the future;

- Disseminate innovative experiences;

- Debate proposals to improve public innovation policies;

- Strengthen the innovation ecosystem in Brazil.

In addition, this is an event designed to promote the exchange of experiences and, above all, serve as inspiration based on the sharing of best practices and trends.

Searching for opportunities and solutions, amid a scenario of uncertainties, is a premise of the Summit. Therefore, the themes of the Sessions and Trends are aligned with the current context and encourage participants to get to know and discuss ideas, as well as providing a collaborative environment for the exchange of experiences and promising partnerships.
